I have a lot of respect for KW. I spent 15 years of my career there, worked directly with President Mark Willis on a couple of projects, was the Director of Training in the largest KW office for 5 years, helped write some of the curriculum (that is still in place today), have a lot of friends who are still there (some of them will stay, it seems, forever).
I was in that forever club for a long time ... for about 14.5 years until I simply allowed myself to look at things differently. I thought what if I looked at my brokerage choice like an MBA would assess different business opportunities? I put my MBA hat on (for the record, I do not have an MBA, this is rhetorical ... but I think smart entrepreneurs are capable of thinking like an MBA) and reviewed my options. I wanted KW to be the winner, I hoped KW would clearly stand out as my best choice (for me AND my family). But it wasn't & I moved my license & my business & my future to eXp fall 2017.
Many others have done the same. I think the best way to answer the question of why are KW agents moving to eXp is to hear some of their stories directly. Here are some of the stories:
And more, so many more, you can peruse their stories HERE.
So when was the last time you took an MBA approach to assessing your brokerage options? Analyzing every angle, compensation plan, equity opportunity, passive income, tech, culture, expansion, leadership, training ... everything? It's a great business exercise to go through every now & then, even if you are hoping that KW is the winner. For each of these top producers, eXp came out on top.
I am in the business of helping agents make this business work, helping agents make more money, helping agents change their lives, helping agents find their groove (& keep it). So why do I recruit? The closer proximity you are to me, the more I can help.
