Folks, this is my favorite message (and gift) to hammer home to Realtors who are seriously interested in more bank, more business, more leads, more stability, more predictability in their fabulous little, medium, or big real estate business.

Want more bank? Have more conversations.
More conversations (& better conversations), more bank.
