9 questions for your personal coaching session

Part of what I do, pretty much daily, is talk to agents about where they're at in their business & their life & then help them put a plan together to make meaningful progress. From Denver to Destin, from Toronto to Topeka, I get to talk to agents all over the country & the industry & help them tap into their best selves. What an awesome gig.

When was the last time you had an in-depth, meaningful conversation about where you're at, where you're going, what that means, & how to best get there? How about today?!

Find a quiet place away from your email & text message pings, grab your journal & invest 30 minutes in yourself by taking the time to answer these 9 questions:

  1. What do I really want?

  2. What are my goals?

  3. How do I rate my current business, 1-10?

  4. What would make it a 10?

  5. What is my end game?

  6. Why do I want that?

  7. Who is helping me get there? Who is my who?

  8. What do I love about where I'm at right now?

  9. If I could change something, what would it be?

Here's the bonus ... email me your answers. Seriously. Emailing me your answers takes all of this up a few notches. One, you'll take it seriously & will really put some thought into your answers. Two, you will set your RAS (reticular activating system) on high alert ... it tells your brain to pay very close attention & look for everything & anything that supports the information you have just fed it (this is why mantras work, but that's another post). Three, I'll reply.

So, what do you really want?
